To say Come to Daddy (2020) is a Phantasic movie would be an understatement, this movie sucks you in early on and doesn’t let go to the bitter end………Trust me the less you know going in the better the ride…………Check my non-spoiler review and see if you agree with me.

In the shocking roller coaster Come to Daddy, a young man (Elijah Wood) reunites with his estranged father who isn’t at all what his son remembered, and it appears that Daddy might have gone completely insane! But that turns out to only be the beginning of his problems. Hear our review and thoughts on the quite weird movie and how it all plays out.

COME TO DADDY Movie Review - Bizarre, Brilliant & Elijah Wood Superb.

“Come to Daddy,” directed by Ant Timpson, centers on Norval Greenwood (Elijah Wood), a privileged man-child who arrives at the beautiful and remote coastal cabin of his estranged father, who he hasn’t seen in 30 years. He quickly discovers that not only is dad a disapproving jerk, he also has a shady past that is rushing to catch up with him. Now, hundreds of miles from his cushy comfort zone, Norval must battle with demons both real and perceived in order to reconnect with a father he barely knows.

Elijah Wood says his most satisfying projects aren’t always his most popular — they’re the ones that he builds ‘from the ground up.’

Elijah Wood returns to the big screen in this genre-bending comedy-horror film ‘Come to Daddy.’ He plays a man on a bizarre journey to reconnect with his strange father, and has described this role as ‘special.’

Learn more about his performance, what scares him most as an actor, and about potential upcoming projects in this exclusive interview.
